Sky Website Log On Problems

I have forgotten both my user name and password for logging on to Sky (I
put it down to a busy mind but others may be less charitable).

Even using their 'try and remember me' system doesn't work - and I have
tried a combination of possible names.

I sent an mail to their 'support' and asked for help, may have been a big
mistake :-(

Reply 1 sent me back to the log-on page to try again.

I said I'd tried that without success.

Reply 2 asked for all my personal details, only excluding my inside leg
measurement.

I sent those details.

Reply 3 sent me back to the log-on page to try again.

I have told them it doesn't work because I've forgotten both my user name
and password.

I am now waiting to see if I get a variation of reply 1 or reply 2 in
response :-(

The only 'phone numbers they advertise seem to be for selling, has anybody
got a useful support number, speaking to them may get me a better result...
