The Race

Been a while since I did any landscape work, so here's one for 2006 ;)

A HDR image to bring out the shadows and details... It's a mill race
from New Lanark mill houses.

Go on, then, aren't you going to say what "HDR" stands for?
:-)

It means (in the context of Photos & pictures) High Dynamic Range.

That's where a Pic is made up as a Composite, from several Pics,
each having a lower Dynamic Range, so that details show up in the
Shadows (darker areas) & the Highlights (lighter areas) aren't
washed out.
