Pam the goose...
..and it looks like I could do in the middle of June:)

Rabbit...
Hey that's not long away.

Ray's just thrown endless meeting and training day dates at me but there are
NONE in the middle of June. Got 'im! We can nip off north of the border and
enjoy ourselves:))) I hope it happens.

Rabbit...
We'll gang up on Gander if it doesn't happen :-) OTOH Gander can put you on
a train/coach at that end, I'll pick you up at this end and we'll take great
joy in telling what he's missed out on :-)

Pam the goose...
rofl

That's a good one. Mind, I'd be mad as a hatter after travelling all that
way on my own.

Gander's finding it difficult following this at the moment cos he's slumped
in his chair trying to watch the car racing. Trouble is his eyes keep
shutting! Just looked over at him and his eyes keep turning heavenwards then
he fights to get them looking at the screen again. It's quite an

Pam the goose...
At last! He's given in and is fast asleep in his armchair:)

Rabbit...
Bet he tells you later that he was *only resting his eyes* ;-)

Pam the goose...
Of course!

Ah, he heard me laugh - his head's off the cushion and his eyes are trying
to be open. I've never spent time watching this before, I've always just got
on with the housew**k but these days I haven't the mental ability to get on
with it. Mind you, I'm pretty lacking in the physical ability, too, but
who's counting?

Just asked him if he's OK, he said "Mmmmm" and then I told him I hadn't
wanted to wake him up. His reply? "I didn't even know I'd been asleep!"

By golly, times in our house have certainly changed!! (He's gone again!)

Oh, I do so wish I could do that:(

entertainment:))

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
I thought the Mersey wasn't too far from you Pam, can't gander organise a
little trip to try out there one? :)

Pam the goose...

Foxy at w*rk...
I hope it does too Pam. I am sure you will love it

Pam the goose...
I'm sure we will, Jen.
That is if someone turns that tap off!

Rabbit...
Eh 'scuse me but the only time you have had a bit of bad weather up here was
when Pingu came to the visit, you know it's his fault ;-)

Pam the goose...
Well can someone make him stay away for a bit.
He's brought the rotten plumbing here, it's hammering down outside:(

Rabbit...
Still dry here but the BYT is getting beaten by the GFTs and ATM it's not
looking good outside here. Worse even than it looked this morning :-(

Pam the goose...
You've got it better than us.
Ours is totally grey and the wet stuff is that fine that it gets into
everything and there's so much of it you get very wet walking in it:(
Well, no, the Mersey is just beyond the fields behind our house so it isn't
too far.
But the ferry is more or less at the beginning of the Mersey and that's a
long way down river.

Anyway, I want to go to an island and be surrounded by water, it's a better
experience than crossing a river:)

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Well isn't the Isle of Man only a stone's throw frther than the Mersey? LOL

Pam the goose...
ROFL

That's where Ray's trying to end up getting me for the IoM Rally!

I had a bad crossing (home) one year. It was too rough for the SeaCat and we
had to use a ferry. I was not amused!

And that's where my brain seems to have stuck - bleeding brains *do* cause
problems! We're trying to re-educate it!

Rabbit...
AFAIK, and I've done the *Ferry 'Cross the Mersey* there ain't any islands
in the middle of the Mersey :-)

BunnyHare...
Good for you. I was on one recently for 3 and a half hours each way -
not to mention the 4 day cruise in the middle

Pam the goose...
See what I've just said to FN, Barb.
My bleeding brain has stuck me in the "I hate ferries" state I used to be
in. I really thought I'd conquered it. I used to go on the SeaCat to the
Isle of Man Rally every year.

=?iso-8859-1?Q?=A7ire=DFird?= & $ir Vivor...
Fingers crossed for you ;))

Pingu...
You shall go to the ball, I'm your fairy godpenguin & I am here to see to
it!

Pam the goose...
ROFLMHO

Oh, Pingu, I can see why we get on well together in R/L!!!

You're daft as a brush:))))

noreen...
When we went on holiday we went on the Ferry Discovery !! it was super ;-)))

Rabbit...
And I'm sure you will look good in a tutu and gossamer wings :-)

Pam the goose...
Unimaginable!
I've GOT to see this:)

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Yep! Piccies would definitely be appreciated. :)
