December - Meet

Joe, Bram and myself were wondering if anyone would be interested in getting
a December/Chri****a Meet organised. On much the same lines as last years
which was a great success. Having a maximum number of 16 attending.

Why is there that maximum?

& who decides who doesn't get to go the meet, if more than 16 people
want to go?

There are no limits to who can attend. All are welcome. What Jen means is
that last years meet was really 3 seperate meets.
Friday Night, All Day Saturday, and Sunday Lunch. Saturday had the best
attendance with 16 people turning up.

..anyway.., I've heard Barb is making the badges.
She's got the use of a badge machine apparantly..!
Now we need someone to design them :-)
