Pam the goose...
I really have to congratulate my Gander on having at last put in my new sink

BunnyHare...
Well done Ray
The wooden strip to finish off my tiled floor is still sitting in the
shed after almost 5 months. Well actually, not all of it. Two lengths
have been fitted!
If it isn't done in the next week then the apprentice will be dismissed!

noreen...
You do right Barb sack him, can't get the staff now can you ;-)))))

and worktop.

Both have stood in my dining room for many weeks but today he decided he
would tackle the problem of my moans and he's done it all.

I can now wash dishes again and we can eat at home!

Tickettyboo...
Bad move there Pam, eating at home involves shopping, cooking and clearing
up!
Get him to take it out again and stand it back in the dining room, you
know it makes sense!

Pam the goose...
ROFLMHO

Just read that to Ray who's watching the TV by me.
His reply?
Between the laughter - "She's absolutely priceless that boo!"

Tickettyboo...
Not true, I just conferred with Mr Boo, he reckons you can take me off his
hands for less than a fiver!

Pam the goose...
You're at it again - setting the gooses laughing in the middle of a serious
programme Gander's watching!

On a different subject - have you noticed my posts are timed late? It has to
be the ntl server.
I posted at 10.22, you replied at 10.17. I am now posting this at 10.21 I
wonder what it will be timed at by ntl?

Pam the goose...
Yes, they have it at 10.27.
It's time they used Atomic Clock or something!

Well done Gander:)))

Pingu...
Can you him for his thoughts on double sinks? ( you know the type that use a
swinging water outlet but have a small sink as well as a slightly larger
one) Ive been eying up one in Ikea recently, I think it would make washing
the dishes easier too!

Coats...
We have one of those, makes emptying things easier and also manages to keep
the washing up liquid and wet sponges off the sides therefore creating less
mess.

Pingu...
Hmm.. That then is now on my wish list. Before any of that though I need to
sort out the draining system in here! Ive tried all the usual stuff you can
use to unblock plugholes, but when you pull out the plug in the bathroom
sing it still gurgles out the bath plughole!! :-((

Ali...
I had that problem. It means there is a partial blockage downstream of the
junction of the two waste pipes. Any attempt to apply pressure tp the
blockage need to to be applied to both plug-holes at once.
I solved it by installing separate waste pipes.

Pingu...
I had been thinking that that was what theb prob was, It seems though that
even the kitchen sink is linked to the same drainiage system. That means
that is only one waste pipe in the whole of hte property, It may also me
linked into downstairs neighbours system :-0

Tyke...
Well done Ray :-)

~~seadancer~~...
Aren't you lucky Ray's so handy, Pam.
Guess it's nice to get things back in order again.
My mom always said you can't make an egg
without breaking it first. (g)

noreen...
Good for Gander beats licking your plates clean doesnen't it ?;-))))))
