No. you don't put the 'faces thingy' inside the 'faces' folder, the
'faces plug-in thingy' goes in the C:\Program Files\MesNews\Plugins
folder.
The 'faces' folder is only for the little PNG files that you make.

That rule you have highlighted seems unnecessarily complicated, and since
you have both name and email specified, joined with *and*, if he changes
either, he will be unplonked. Can you specify *or* rather than *and*?
Then both would need to be changed to escape.
