Aww bad backs are painful. NurseBoo prescribes alternate heat and cold
on the affected area and hopes its all tickettyboo soon.

go to a wedding last Tuesday but weather put paid to that. Not having much
luck in getting away. Been catching up on posts, but liberal use of ketchup.

Sorry to hear about your back Shaz and hope that you are now feeling
much better.
Hopefully the weather is better now, too. We didn't have any snow here
but I understand from my Mum that it was worse in the east of the
country
I hope the New Year will be a good one for you

Loved the Egypt pics Boo. My Dad was in Egypt in the war. Hope all the
poorlies are getting better and that this year is kind to everyone.
