easterly breeze. Hope it's drier for Val or Eric, so we get drier soon!

Good Morning all. I hope everyone has a nice day whatever you are doing.

There's been a frost sometime this morning 'cos it wasn't there when I went
to bed. Shaded areas are still white but Walter and the BYT have got rid of
the rest. Quite still out there and quite pleasant as long as you aren't in
the shade and even the shade isn't a damp cold, which IMHO is the worst
kind.
I've been surrounded by roadjbex again whatever way I try to get out the
town for the past couple of weeks, months in one direction. This morning I
got a note in the door, they are now definitely coming to get me, they will
be right in my street from Monday for four weeks and the jbex includes
resurfacing. Trouble is this street is by no means the worst in the area for
pot holes so I have to ask why ? Oh and of course when after they have
finished resurfacing will the Gas/Leccy/BT be along to dig it up again
???:-)

No sign of frost here overnight, no sign of anything this

Now, I've just learned something new - if you look for
frosty signs here don't look in the back garden cos you
won't see them! Now I know why our grass grows so well:)

I have been watching the sun rising through the back window
in the kitchen and thought what a lovely view it was. On
coming back into the lounge I looked out front and noticed
one of next-door's cars on the street, they usually put it
on their drive and as it's a new one I went to check it
really was theirs. Getting closer to the window (this one's
at the front) I realised their new yellow car was covered in
white frost!

So it *has* been frosty here, well to the north of our
house:)))

Hey! I've got this machine up in the rafters playing DVD Movies!!

I've tried to do the same with another Mandrake Machine on my netwxrk and I
can't get them to play. I'm sure I've followed the exact same steps as
stated on a web page I found whilst searching the web. More fiddling about needed I
think

Got three linux machines on my netwxrk now. Unfortunately one of them has
been upgraded to Mandrake 2006 and it keeps crashing all the time just like
Fedora and Blag does. When it does run, it's clunky and slow. It's going
back to 2005 edition soon I think :-(

run out. Think I'll have to go to B&Q later and get some.
Another job on this morning's list and more money. Never mind.

Good morning Mike, good morning everybody,

Well, it is a cloudy dull day down here in this little corner of London -
clouds are heavy, so will be surprised it the sun does make it through
today. A shame because it was a lovely day yesterday!

Ted has had lots of nice presents, one especially from our Daughter and SIL
who came up from Somerset
she made this lovely iced cake for him with beautiful little flowers on it
that she made herself, this takes ages to download as I have not had much
time to sort it out

well :)
You have had a busy weekend by the looks of it - take some time to have a
rest :)

It is also our youngest greatgranddaughters birthday, 2 today and our
Grandsons fiancee birthday today (they marry in June)
so quite a day all round.
