I'm looking for a script that will show the present time as it is anywhere
in the world preferably with images but not essential. Does
anyone know of such a script or can point me in the right direction ?

Doesn't matter so long as they do the job and they do :)

They are Macromedia ShockWave Flash .SWF Applets, hosted on
a Remote Server. A Script Runs in the Web Browser.

Not the scripts I write - they run on the web server (the ones that are on
the web, that is - most of my scripts just run on the local machine.)

Right, feel confused running like a bull now and its really not a good
thing at this time, is time cyclical? I know it dosn't have to be and
that is an OK thing. Ok frog I will try to figure non reversal
functions in tune with the Outsider's OK.
|
|
BTW - Can I ask why you want something like that on your Web
Page anyway?...
Aries...
|
I'm not running it from my web page, I only put them up so you could see
what I had decided to use - taking em down now :)

Ohh what a Mr Nosey Chops LOL LOL
|
Wouldn't anybody who wanted to know the time elsewhere already have
the facilities on their own Computer, to do it, (by looking in
Control Panel, at the Time & Date Options thingy, or DoubleClicking
their Clock, to get there) or they could just go to a Site such as
the worldtimeserver.com Site, which Hosts those .SWF things?

It was requested by the members

Like that? Most clock scripts use the viewers computer time, so is 'right'
wherever it's viewed.
Tried Bravenet?? :)

Yep - There are plenty of those sort of Scripts around - most of the
usual Script Download Sites have them - JScript includes plenty of
Functions to handle Time & Time Conversions.
Here's one....
Did you Read the Thread about Time Zones & things? (The one about
what time is it in Spain)
That has references (along with URLs) to several Time Zone Web Sites -
some of them have Scripts that you can use in a Web Page.
Or visit any of the usual Script Sites & look in their Time (& Calendar)
Sections for other similar Scripts.
