Gareth...
My cousin in Canada sent me a photo of her house in the snow a couple
of years ago. It looked a real picturesque winter scene but lacked
something, so I played with the photo...
see the results.

That looks good Gareth, have you tried making your own Chr***mas cards, I
have kept toying with the idea, I suppose you would have to make sure that
you could buy some envelopes that they would fit in, or maybe you would buy
some envelopes and size the card to fit, that sounds more logical ;-)

Gareth...
No, I don't like Chr!$$$ma$$$ so I'm certainly not going to make cards.

linedancer...
Neither do I :-(
sending cards is something not easily got out of, it's a big expense now
that postage is so expensive, we take as many as we can by hand.

Grannie Annie...
I send as many as I can as emails now... that reminds me, I'd better
get designing :D

linedancer...
So they will have to print them out and pin them up on the wall if they want
to display them ;-)

It is a good idea, I might send them as emails to our friends in the USA
I suppose I could email people and ask them to exchange e cards this year,
they would probably be secretly relieved

Grannie Annie...
I usually do animated ones, so they can't print them out... or if they
do, they will only get one frame. One year I photographed one of our
dogs and added a holly picure and sent those through the post.

It's the price of the stamps, though, isn't it? You can buy cards
cheap enough but sending them is a different matter.

linedancer...
Exactly, I must tell my daughter not to buy a big card as it will be more
expensive, I did try to choose my cards to fit the person sizewise,if you
understand what I mean ;-)

Grannie Annie...
You'd have to send me a HUGE one then, rofl. I know what you mean.

;-)

Foxy at w*rk...
Nice w*rk Gareth I liked them

Gareth...
Ta Jen :-)

Anita...
Amazing what you can do - isn't it? You have some good images there for
Chri****s cards :)

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Very artistic Gareth.

Gareth...
Thanks FN :-)

Jackie...
I like the pictures Gareth, I think I like the round piccie! make a nice
festive card!!

Grannie Annie...
These are brilliant, what programme are you using?

Grannie Annie...
I've just bought a legit copy of Paint Shop Pro X, I'll have to have a
practice. I haven't tried the light source thingy... very effective.

Gareth...
Best of luck. :-)

Your cousin's house is beautiful, real hansel and grettel-style. Snow
always makes things look so clean, even our house; and the brickwork is
badly in need of painting.... wouldn't it be good if you could just
flood colour on, like in PSP? lol

Gareth...
I did the opposite on a photo here...
2nd lot of pics down...
The house had the brickwork painted over, so using my photo editing
software I removed the paint and quite a few other things and rebuilt
the photo. :-)

Gareth...
erm... I did those a couple of years ago and I think I used Paint Shop
Pro.

Grannie Annie...
That's clever.

I used to live in a house like that in London.
