Went to the cheese rolling today and thought you might like to see a few
pictures. There are also a couple of videos but they take a while to
load and are MOV so play in Quick time. Sorry but I don;t know how to
edit or change the format. Shame about the man with the video camera
and the baseball cap!

Yes, I think there were. There was only one that we saw which appeared
to be serious and that was a spectator
Think there might be a few with sore bums tomorrow!

Yes, it is. The health and safety lobby have tried to get it stopped
but so far haven't succeeded. Don't know if that is something to do
with the fact that it is a non-paying voluntary do. The money taken is
for car parking in a field some distance from the hill, then they have
buckets for people to throw in loose change.

Actually one of the cheeses (which are not real cheeses but made of
wood) hit a bump on the grass and literally flew over our heads. I did
get a video of it flashing past our heads
By the way, the winner does get a real cheese

I gather one guy got run over by his cheese, so perhaps they were all
running away from there cheeses. :)

Don't know about that - one of the spectators was hit with a cheese when
it bounced into the crowd
