Well, actually that's not *all* you have to do, cos (apparently) what
*also* helps is to "tentatively press stuff that looks like it may
have jiggled loose"

It's not so much a case of "forgetting" to sleep!...

It's more a case of not getting around to sleeping, cos of doing
other things.

& those things can't be done when you're asleep, so you end up staying
up till they're done (or at least until enough of it is done to be able
to leave it until another time - after some sleep)
