The village this afternoon

Mike Clayton...
Lovely photograph, FN. Bradfield was one of my favourite places to visit
when I was a TV engineer in Sheffield.

So I've not done so badly then. Started off playing there when I was 5 and
still doing it there 60 years on. :) Mind you missed it for about 20
years when I was at Uni then w*rking dahn souf ! :)

I had to wait a few minutes for the pregnant lady and her family to move out
the way. LOL

Yes, it does.

Tis so - I've spent a lot of time there in the last 25 years or so. Come
to think of it, my Grandad used to take me at weekends to the river by that
bridge to play around 60 years ago. He was a salesman had had one of the
few cars around at the time. It was a black Ford Prefect. Then again I
don't think they did any other colour than black in those days.

Jackie...
Saw a lot of the Fords and many others at a vintage car show in Eastbourne
the other week.

If you want to see where it is, put *Low Bradfield UK* into web-searchEarth.
The bridge is at the west end of Smithy Bridge Road. If you zoom out you
can see the reservoir where the geese are to the ESE they are under a
bridge off Lamb Hill. The resolution is pretty good in that area. Who
knows I just might be one of the dots walking round the reservoir on that
day. :)

Foxy at w*rk...
Just looked on web-search Earth. It looks lovely there

Anita...
The cherry trees all round here are heavy with blossom too :)

Foxy at w*rk...
