Can i trace an 0870 number?

i am sure someone has posted about this before and now i would like to
trace an 0870 number :)

You can't trace them all 'cos anybody can have an 0870 number ( for good or
bad reasons) but if it's a big company and you want an alternative

gets to a particular person who also does have a small business. :)
