NIN prob

Couldn't get on here earlier. NIN say my subs haven't been paid by Click &
Buy, and to contact them.
Couldn't remember username/password, so used their help system. Details
'should' have been mailed to me............but haven't arrived :(
Bettina at NIN has given me a period of grace to sort things out. Nice

Have now accessed my Click & Buy account. It seems that the NIN subs payment
is not registered with them. Gggrrrr. Awaiting suggestion from Betinna

In my case Click & Burn was tied to Firstgate and it was Firstgate (yet
another name and password of course ;-) ) where i found that my
subscription to News.Individual.Net had been renewed but that was
yesterday and i had to wait for it to clear overnight so this morning
all was *normal*

now./

the same prob. with Pipex each time I get a new card.
