Bram...
but.............,

"You can't do that!"

"Fixing a hole...?"

~~seadancer~~...
Sounds complicated. :)

Bram...
Not really! The Beatles set up a music company using the "Apple" name back
in 60s. If the Computer Apple people are selling music using their "Apple"
name then the origanal company are bound to be not happy, old fruit ;-)

Pingu...
I have an original Beatles single, Im sure the A side is Twist and shout
but I do remember the B side "get back(to where you once belonged)" I wonder
if it has any value?

Ali...
Twist and Shout was an EP, released July 12, 1963, with A Taste of Honey,
Do You Want To Know A Secret and There's A Place as the other three tracks.

Get Back was an A-side, released April 11, 1969 with Don't Let Me Down on
the B-side.

If you've got them on the same disc, it must be a re-release of some kind.

Frederick Williams...
Not of the musical kind, no.

~~seadancer~~...
Thanks for explaining. Hmmm, does that mean that
Paul McCartney is doing the suing?

Ali...

Pingu...
there

Pingu...
Cheers for the info.. Ill need to check it out! I'm also needing to get my
record player hooked up to my Hi-Fi sometime soon! Ive got loads of Vinyl I
want to listen to again! Including an original 12inch Picture disc of
"Freebird" by Lynard Skynard.
It's the company (Apple Corps) that's doing the suing.
Messrs McCartney and Starr, and the widows Harrison and Lennon are
shareholders in the company.
It was probably Neil Aspinall, Apple Corps' managing director who decided t
sue.

It still sounds like a complicated problem to solve.
Glad I'm not a judge. (g)

Ali...
I remember the original agreement between the two Apples being described as
'Apple Corps won't do computers, and Apple Computers won't do music.'

Frederick Williams...
I'm reminded of the old joke about Vax agreeing not to make computers
and DEC agreeing not to make vacuum cleaners.

Now Apple Computers is doing music. What's complicated about that?
