Service Pack 2

I have sat for 2 hours downloading Service Pack 2 and it was just over half
way loaded and my internet connection disconnected (as it always does after
2 hours) I am going home now as I am cold (the heating has gone off)

Its a very good idea :-) Fixes lots of stuff.

Question 2 How can I ensure my connection doesn't go off whilst I am
downloading.

I can drop her a copy in at her wxrks boo, I just wasn't sure if she had to
install SP1 first. I'm still getting used to XP.

SP2 includes or 'rolls up' SP1 so SP2 on its own is fine :-)

tomorrow.

I'll tell her she wouldn't have this problem if she'd switch to Mepis.

Update offered her a sp2 without offering her sp1 first so I thought it must
cover it but I wasn't sure if my copy was the same.

You tell me. Is my copy the same..? TIA

Poor Jen. She's stayed back 2 nights running now trying to get the wxrks
pooter back the way it was before it went kaput and those bosses of hers
don't appreciate it.
