I thought I had gained a few years this morning 96 year old Mother in law
gave me two cards, one for this year with £10 in it and one for the future
with £60 in it. For when my special birthday comes round. My husband also
got two cards with the same in them, and his birthday is not until October.
Sweet but sad, she says it's in case she's not here when the time comes.

That's lovely, so often we don't take the time to tell people how we feel
about them when we can. No one ever knows what tomorrow will bring. I bet
it gave her a great deal of pleasure to give you the extra card
