Cunard's New Queen Victoria

Cunard has a new cruise liner, Queen Victoria, coming into service in
December 2007 and will be cruising out of Southampton.

Considering the number of places and things named after QV it's
surprising we haven't had a liner with that name already.
Maybe Victoria Beckham to launch it. Celebrities now get the
adulation that monarchs once enjoyed.

Probably named after the pub in Eastenders, so get Barbara Windsor to
launch it . . . after all she's a Windsor with a direct connection to
Queen Victoria, and a popular celeb. to boot.

I also always thought that Prince Charles was the future king of the UK.

I also thought the post of 'King of England' was abolished some time
