Someone said in here a few days ago that they were giving it a miss this

I have had them for several years now - no ill effects and no flu!!
Very rarely catch a cold even now (touch wood)!!

They certainly are worth it. The vaccine is not a live virus (so you
cannot actually catch flu) but it will offer protection against the three
most likely strains of flu to affect us this winter.
You'll likely get a few mild flu symptoms for a day or so, but they soon
linedancer...

I agree. but this year I did not have any symptoms afterwards, I did put it
down to (as I have said before)not waiting in the surgery afterwards, I was
waiting to see if anything would happen and started to feel faint with
thinking about it, this year I just had a brisk walk home straight away, no
problems.

Well (touches wood) I haven't had the flue since I started having them,
and I used to suffer terribly with it nearly every winter.
