John #8...
Hi silversurfers: Here is three more photos Tom
took at the Mystic St Pat's Day parade. I bet the

I've always wondered why St Patrick's day is so important in the US of A.
Perhaps you are really the US of I, but in denial. :)

first guy downed a few in his day. :) The Navy
color guard looks bored & the Scotchman had pants
on. That's a good thing. The bridge the sailors
are standing on is a retractable bridge. It's always
breaking down while in the up position. It's loved by
the town's-folk. They were going to build a new bridge
a few years ago but the people went nuts so it's still
there blocking traffic.

I see the doctor tomorrow afternoon. :( My daughter
got my wife to scream at me last night so I have
to waste my nap time for nothing. Phooey! :(

Well best you do as you are told then. Hopefully the doctor won't find
anything wrong and you can say "Told you so."
Whatever happens the power of UPS will be with you so you will be fine
(((((hugs))))

Rabbit...
Good to see the sensible ones won, they were only caring about you, like we
do. So good luck tomorrow John and the power of UPS will be with you.

Hi Sandra & FN: We have characters like that guy all over the state.
This man is my Uncle Shadrack. He was waiting for me. We are hitting
a local bar for some darts & a drink or two. . I'm never talking about
health issues again. It's early spring & everybody feels lousy. What a waste
of my valuable sleep time. :-)

FN- I don't get the St. Pat's Day stuff either. Every town & city has a
parade
& people celebrate like mad. There isn't that big an Irish population either
but
everybody is Irish on that day. Next week is St Joseph Day. It's a Polish
holiday but nobody cares. Poor Joe: :-)

So will you all be celebrating St George's day? That would really make our

More likely with Teflon Tony, on orders from his best mate Dubya, we in the
UK will soon be forced to celebrate 4th July :-)

I celebrate 5th July - my eldest'sd birthday, so I'd be giving the one on
the 4th a miss. Can't afford two in two days. As a Scot I expect you will

Oh yes I appreciate that sentiment ;-)
