Bright, sunny, dry and looking good here today. Had rain yesterday
evening and overnight, but no signs of that left now.
Hope all the poorlies are improving, that includes my Giz who's had a
sickie night too.

Morning FN and all Silversurfers :)
It was very very windy here during the night but I've woken this morning
to a bright still and sunny day. Now to go and see what damage the wind
has done to my luverly runner beans :(

Oak roast salmon, tomato, slice of brown Hovis wholemeal bread with Benecol
(Margarine spread), Jaffa orange, Cox's Orange pippin (from my tree) and 100
gram of seedless grapes. Just see me through 'til dinner will that. :)
