A very early good morning to each and everyone from a slightly soggy
Cornwall. Wet and windy forecast too.

Wet, dull and dreich here, just as I'm getting used to the lighter mornings
the BYT forgets to get out of bed. There is a bit of a breeze blowing which
is making the rain seem heavier than it really is.

TBH I've never heard it used in the context of weather. Might be an area

do on Saturday this week though (Hope).. And Ive never heard of Irn Bru as a
cure for hangover-- or is that a hair of the dog, etc. ??... I was joking
over the I.B. previously.

Irn Bru is a well known cure ( up here anyway we keep it secret from the
Suverners :-) ) for a hangover. That and a deep fried Mars Bar :-) I jest
about the Mars Bar, though they are available I don't think they are a known
hangover cure.

Hello from what was a lovely sunny 'Walthamstow' - well it was until 3
minutes ago when it started to rain :(
But it is very mild out there - and there is no wind. I should think that in
another hour or so it will go back to being sunny
