Travelling north to say goodbye

For myself and on behalf of all Krys's friends in here. We will be
thinking of you all.

Mr Boo and I are flying up from Birmingham and meeting ~~Linda~~ at
Aberdeen as she flies from Gatwick, ready to be at the church in her home
town tomorrow.

Probably missed you by now but take care all of you and give our love and
thanks to the family for sharing Krys with us.

Will be thinking of you all tomorrow.

The Gooses.

The crematorium service is at 12 and I will be saying prayers for her and
her family and shedding a few tears then.
At one o clock I will be smiling and giving thanks for her life. Partly
because that was her wish ( she didn't like doom and gloom) and partly
that is what I truly feel. I am thankful she had such a good life.

Right, as she would say, hingmies and doodahs all packed, I am orf!

Prayers will be said here, too. Reckon I'll also make a Mediterranean
Tomato Soup in celebration of Bagpuss/Krys's life.

I'll be thinking of you all at 12 o'clock tomorrow Boo and remembering Krys
and all the happy posts she made in here. I'll always remember those early
morning walks around the loch, the early morning trips to the supermarket
and the wonderful soups she made from next to nothing.

smile, laugh, cry, and helped me over the confuzzlement (she called it) of
the Bagpuss Lexicon, sent me e-mails, and made me glad to have *known*
her.... The tears must flow then the remembering is like the rainbow after
the rain. Safe journey, Boo. and ~~Lindaa~~ and all.

That's a lovely expression Margaret and very apt.
Tears... yes but there were also many, many smiles. Our Bagpuss had a
wonderful sense of humour, and you couldn't help but think of some of the
hilarious things she said or did.

Which crematorium - Aberdeen or Inverness? I've been to them both so I can
conjure up a mental picture of either one at the appropriate time.
"Hingmies and doodahs" is a lovely expression :-) Another of my favourites
from Krys was "hair like hingin' mince" after being caught in the rain :-))
