I just heard the following on TV's "CNN Presents":
THE SEVEN HABITS OF HIGHLY EFFECTIVE DIETERS
Jeff Gaines...
1. Accept failure but keep trying.
2. Don't deny yourself.
3. Weigh yourself often.
4. Exercise an hour a day.
5. Add little bits of activity into your daily routines.
6. Eat a low fat, high carb diet.
7. Eat five meals a day.

I think 7 is my favourite, I'd need to cut down a bit though :-)

Yes, #7 is good. Three meals don't seem to be enough. (g)
Of course the theory is that we won't be apt to overeat if
we go to the table fairly satisfied.
I know that part of my problem is "portion distortion". (g)
