Morning John and all,
A chilly start this morning although there was no frost last night. Clouds
are lifting and the sun is trying to push through - but at least it is dry
out there.

Hello Jen - Ron is finding the weather is bringing more pains out - and he
is now waiting to see a neurologist - never a dull moment here.
They appear to have balanced my thyroid at last ! But have now discovered I
am borderline diabetes 2 - so they are keeping a watch on that. I must say
I do feel so much better now to what I have done the last year or so. So
things are on the up at last ;)

Not according to my body clock. Been switched off for at least 24
hours.

The BYT looked beautiful here when she got out of bed. I only saw a bit of
it over the roof tops but I was told by somebody who had a clear view that
it was quite spectacular. I think that used up all her energy though 'cos
she hid behind the grey most of the day. It was a lot milder than yesterday,
quite pleasant in fact, though there is some wet stuff starting to fall now.
