I need to lose at least half a stone which I put on in Greece.

So, we are eating salads every lunchtime, lettuce, cucumber tomatoes, tuna
fish or ham and half a slice of bread, folowed by a low cal Muller Yoghourt,
I will be growing floppy ears a and a litle tail before long ;-)

I used to just eat three slices of toast with jam or marmalade at lunchtime
and I really liked that, then nothing else until my evening meal

I feel that I am eating a lot more now at lunchtime and feel really stuffed
after it, which lunch am I likely to lose more weight on ?

We have given up all the nice things like battenburg cake, fresh cream
sponge cake, kit kats, jaffa cake bars etc. Home made chocolate pudding and
custard which we had every weekend.

So far I have lost three pounds in two weeks, but I am not enjoying my food
as much.

I have to lose it before my next jolliday to allow for putting it back on
again !

Not giving up the red wine though :-)

Oooh.....I am one of those peeps that you prolly hate as in I just LOVE
salad etc......the ex used to call me Chipmunk!!

I think you have to combine dieting with exercise though - another of my pet
hates. Whenever I need to "firm up" I do Callanetics. Swear by them and
they don't stress the heart / make you sweat like so many other progs!
