Blue felt pen -

on a white toilet seat .....

My little granddaughter managed to transfer felt pen from her hands to said
loo seat.
So far, I have tried Cif, nail varnish remover, that Oxy Clean stuff and
bleach - all to no avail.

This might sound funny - but WD40 is very good at removing felt tip
marks.
It is also very good for cleaning up old vinyl records too.
