If it is an ulcer it is calmed down.
I'm seeing a specialist - blood tests/enoscopy and ultrasound booked.
He assure me it is nothing too serious but cannot pin down anything yet.

We are going to let it out for short periods to people considering moving
here to Adelaide and/or people who have moved here but are waiting for their
furniture or looking for a base while they look for more permanent

accomodation.
We'll be fully furnishing it it /looking after it (cleaning once a
week),pick up from airport and so on.
We needed to find a house in a quiet area but near all amenities - ours in
on the edge of a golf course but 2 minutes to a major shopping centre.It is
also only a few minutes away from us and I pass by it most days.It's also
very near new and does not need a thing doing to it.
Agrred a price under asking price for a quick sale.Due to using the
Westminister system of property transfer here exchanges are very quick -
looking to settle and be in by 24th of November (fingers crossed)
There is a desperate need for this type of accomodation - I post /offer
advice in a forum for people wanting to move to Adelaide.I am always asked
about this type of accomodation so I thought we might as well offer it.
This is a subject close to our hearts,often familys turn up with no previous
visit or knowlege of the area.
We did seek permission from council to convert our garages to short lets but
they would have none of it.
There are one or two others offering this in other parts of the city and are
booked out 12 months in advance.
It will be nice to be "ambassadors" to the area ;-)
Mrs Tyke is already organising a "shopping " list for furniture and so on.
LOL
Also it should be fairly profitable
