It's persistently chucking it down here but warm with it. I guess my visitor
won't be taken on a last day tour of the local parks/beaches/scenic views
etc ( won't se most of them for the wet stuff) and I just ain't figured out
where to take tourists in the rain since I usually supply the BYT for
foreigners :-)

BYT decided to pay us a visit about ½ hour ago. Must have liked it, 'cos
he's still here, and the temperature has reached the dizzy heights of
19.4°C (67°F). Very humid though at 94% by the ponds. Time to go and feed

A lovely sunny day here - blue skies and sunshine and no wind.It is a
little humid though.
Have a visitor arriving later a friend from Nova Scotia - not seen him
for over a year so have a lot to catch up on.

Northern Canada does not get so much snow as Ontario but they have more
than us - it is the temperature drops that are hard to put up with over

Well you wouldn't have snow worth it's salt (so to speak) without it being
icy cold I suppose. ;)

I don't know, we have had snow here and it has not been icy cold -
usually find it is milder when it snows ;)

But if the air and ground temperature are above 0°C (32°F) it soon melts.

The trouble is that if you have snow in your driveway/paths here you go out
with a shovel and clear it, but in a place like Ontario you run out of
places to shovel it to, so my in laws tell me.

Good morning Noreen, lovely and clear and sunny. Delboy is under my feet all
the time
at the moment but that will soon wear off and he will be outside again most
of the day.
