Damp and dreich here. I thought the overnight rain had stopped till I went
to the wheelie bin ( as far as I've been this morning) and found out there's
still a very, very fine drizzle falling. There's no breeze to speak of but
it's just a tad chilly out there.

According to that Dr I've got to do this for a long time. Almost 4 stone
gone now, it's incredible!

We're off to be finish radio at a rally at Weeton, against Blackpool, on
Sunday so I want to be well for that cos we'll both enjoy it if no pain's
attached:)

Thanks, it's great when it does.
We have a radio check at 8am so it's an early start but it's a not too late
arrival home at the end of the day. And it's mostly motorway there so that
cuts the travel time a lot.

Hope all the poorlies are on the mend, especially Splodge.

Good Morning Mike and everyone

Felt ghastly this morning but.......2 Tramadol and I'm feeling almost normal
again (very worrying!!!!). Not sure how long all this will go on for but if
the tablets work I'll keep on taking them.
It looks lovely here this morning, so I might have a little walk around the

Hi, Ron takes Tramadol - couldn't go without them, they have made a lot of

Didn't get much time in here yesterday so am a bit behind with my posts
