I've been told by Mrs Nextdoor that here on the coast it was a dull ( but
warm) afternoon. I've been inland a bit and it was Walter and the BYT all
day, even had lunch outside and it's not often I can do that nearly in the

Do you find that the abundance of Scottiish midges not only adds to the
flavour, but also to the bulk of the protein content of food eaten outside
in your neck of the woods ?

Good morning Splodge and Everyone just a little cloudy here so far I think
the BYT is trying to come out.Computer was a little slow to start-up this
morning but all o.k. now.
Visiting a friend this morning then thinking about sorting a few bits for a
short break next week.

Hope so. 'twas bright, shiny, warm but breezy when I started the washing.
Guess what BYT disappeared and nasty BFTs arrived when I started hanging it
on the line. fortunately it's blown over now, or BYT has pushed it out of
his way. Still breezy but warm and humid too.

morning Jan and everyone:) More thunderstorms here last night and very
humid this morning but dry.
I need to spend some time today processing the photos I took at the
Totally Tomato Show at West Dean College last Sunday, and also freezing
more runner beans!

Morning Jackie and all we didn't get any of that awful stuff either, I was
asked the day before if i had heard the terrible funder and frightening but
we havent had it yet, maybe it's waiting to give us a shock ;-)))
I am off to Blackpool for a couple of days to my cousin again, just for a
bit of a change on Thursday.
