'fraid not. Not being able to sleep has been a lifelong thing with me -

They're sort of plasters with a tiny cone on them, and that has to be put on
a specific point on each wrist.
We women always know where the right spot is, don't we Jen:)))))

Gander climbs in bed at any hour and goes to sleep within minutes.
I have many times lied there awake all night.
Want a cure? A bleeding brain! Ever since then I have slept between 10 and
twelve hours every night:)
No, perhaps you're better off living without being able to sleep, it really
