OK - Yes, I *do* Download all 6 of the Daily (1/4 Hour) Episodes
& the 1 & 1/4 Hour Omnibus Edition as .RA (Real Audio) Files,
totalling about 53 MB every Week, from the BBC Web Site,
in one hit, which takes now takes about 2 Minutes, using my
4mbps Whooosher Cable Modem Connection...

But I *don't* Listen to them!!!

I Save them to the Hard Disk - I have every Single Episode going
back to 2001(!) - totalling about 20 GB

& I periodically burn the to CD, to Send to my Sister in Argentina.

But I *don't* listen to The Archers!

OK - I come from a family who have 3 Avid Archers Listeners in it!
That's my Mum & my Da & my Sister...

But I *don't* listen (intentionally) to the Archers.

I may well have (accidentally) happened to have heard (short)
snippets of it, if it happens to be on sometimes, when I'm around.

& I also (occasionally) see Articles about it (or that mention it)
in the Newspaper.
& Yes, I have Looked at the Archers WebSite, so that I could give
the URL of it to my Sister.

& yes, *once* I even went to an UMRA BBQ!!!

I did say I only went cos I was Driving the members of my Family
(my Mum, Dad & Sister - who was on a brief return visit to the UK,
from Argentina), who *are* avid Archers listeners.

But I'm not.
I don't listen to (or follow the storylines of) the Archers.

But that was cos I was the Driver, giving the members of my Family
a Lift to it!

But I am *not* an actual Archers Listener!!!

You see...
When I Copy the .RA (Real Audio) Files to CD, to Send to my Sister
in Argentina, I don't actually Delete them from the Hard Disk!!!

They have just been sitting there, piling up.
I even Transferred them from my previous (8 GB, then 27GB & then
120 GB) Hard Disk(s) to the 250 GB Hard Disk in this PC!
:-)

But I don't Listen to them!
I'm *not* an Archers Listener!
