Yes, now they are all growed up ( technically !) it doesn't happen as
often as we would like, but its great when it does

That is what I find, too. They all lead such busy lives and live at
opposite sides of the country.

Brilliant photos. The funsized person looks adorable and the hairy gang
as handsome as ever. Did Luran have a bath in honour of your visit or
had he bneen on his best behaviour and kept away from the mud?

he made me laugh. I took him on the lead when we went walking on the
one day we had rain. Now, he's a big dog and I am only a little Boo, so we
had a chat. I told him that he had to go slow and take care cos it was
slippery and I didn't want to end up falling over and being dragged along
on my bum. He must have listened cos he was quite sedate!

The photos are lovely. We did walk around Elgin Cathedral but didn't
have time to climb anything :-))

Its lovely isn't it? It always amazes me how these sort of things were
built all those years ago. They certainly knew their stuff.

I always marvel when I see Gloucester cathedral or Lincoln cathedral (or
any ancient building for that matter but I see those two on a more
regular basis) How did they manage to get those huge stones to the
building site then up to the height of the building and all without the
aid of so called labour saving devices

I had glimpsed the cathedral a few times before, but never with enough
time to go round it proper-like, so it was really good to go and walk
round it. Going to the top of the tower was hard graft - especially cos
mine host chose to go up the one where we got almost to the top ( on a
very narrow, steep spiral staircase) and then we found the topmost bit was
barriered off! So, down we went and up the other one LOL, my legs were
like jelly by then!

I seem to remember having climbed one tower that I found the drummer had
climbed the other and we waved, I'm sure it was there. Mind you that was
some 20 years ago:)

He is just perfect! I counted all his finger and toes, passed on all the
good wishes and hugs from in here and added quite a few of my own.
Unfortunately, his Mum, Dad and Grandpa searched me and my bags when I
left so I wasn't able to bring him back with me ( some people are just
plain mean! )

The weather was great, the loch as beautiful as ever and the Hairy Gang
and Grandpa SumOne allowed me to join them for both the early morning and
late afternoon walks. Great fun, especially the early ones where the sun
was just rising, though I didn't get pics of that - I find it difficult to
focus at silly o' clock!
I was also treated to a trip to Elgin Cathedral, if anyone is in that
area, its well worth a visit - magnificent place.
Oh Noreen ! Your pal Catkin is now whooshing! We managed to sort that out
too, lol I had a busy time.
