Eventually got home at 11 pm last night (Thursday).
Repaired the tendon and took a graft from another part
of my body. (no, not there, from my arm).

Hey John, sorry to read about your experience, it made my
little thing seem like just a scratch.
You are right about the sense of humour, if you can't laugh
about life then you may as well give up.
Finding this typing with one hand a bit of a pain so shutting
down and taking a bit of a nap.
