Not a thing at all - I'm just about to update the ticket again. Their last
ticket reply was 12-47 on 10/07/2006 to say that the upgrade had been
completed. I've answered it 1t 13-18 on 10/07 and 10-48 11'07 and am about
to repeat the perfoemance to remind then that nothing has changed as yet.

You could try phoning their premium rate number. Nah silly suggestion !!
You'll just need to wait up till 4am when I believe you can get through on
the LoCal rate number :-)
