Sparks wins HVFL Formula 1 2006.

Sparks was also the highest finishing HV player to finish with his original
team, having made no changes throughout the season.

Duracell Bunny finishes a close second, having made 1 change.

Team Spiegel finishes third with the highest average score, but having lost 100
points to 5 driver changes.

I intend to run the competition again in 2007 and expect M&B to be ready for
submissions in late February or early March.
