john kaszuba...
As you noticed #8 has vanished replaced by my funny
Polish name. I'll try to find #8 but in the meantime you

You don't mean this isn't you

can all try to pronounce the last name. My grandfather

Ali...
I can pronounce it easily enough John, probably not the way you pronounce
it, or the way a Pole from Poland would pronounce it, but it's quite
pronouncable.

Now, getting john kaszuba's posts to be included with John #8's posts in the
stats...

cooked this weird moniker up when he was a guard
for the royal family in Austria. My last surviving aunt did
a family tree search that took her a few years. My grandmother
was a nanny for Czar Nicolas's brother Michel--Ah who

lived in Poland so the name is bogus. Christ, you would think

Ali...
Its the sort of name people only take when they're living away from their
roots, like your grandfather in Austria.

my grandfather could come up with something a person could
pronounce.

Wow..and to think we knew him when he was just John#7 !
He's come a long way since then

John #8...
____________

Okay funny people I will just have to live with this name. When I
was in boot camp about 100 years ago the sergeant who was known
as Caligula would ask me "are you from Mars, with that name boy?"
We have many ethnic folks with names a mile long whose parents
immigrated from Eastern Europe. They can't pronounce their own names
& neither can I. Well it's off to watch the Washington Redskins vs. the
Seattle Seahawks. Take care. :-)

Tyke...
Interesting last name John.

Ali...
OK, I'm nosey; I looked it up;

Polish: ethnic name for a Kashubian (Polish Kaszuba). The Kashubians are a
Slavic people with their own distinctive dialect and customs, living in
northern Poland to the southwest and west of Gdansk.

So its a bit like an ex-pat Yorkshireman taking Tyke as a surname :^)

Can I just call you John??
I'll not remember your last name ;-)
