Good morning one and all from a cloudy and misty Cornwall. Hope it clears

I've got Walter here above me and to the north but the south is full of WFTs
and GFTs. I've only been as far as the wheelie bin yet but despite Walter
and the BYT there is a chill breeze blowing making it cooler than it looks.
Mind you I think it will be warmer in more open spaces 'cos my wheelie bins
sit in a wind tunnel.

Creek" river cruise all the way up to Truro from Falmouth.

The views are so beautiful.
Sometimes I forget how lovely it is out on the camping islands.
It seems you have to be there to really appreciate the spot.
The privacy on each campsite is special too.
Here are our boats at that campsite dock:
It was a gorgeous day... no wind... warm and sunny.
Perfect for camping.
Here is our campfire... a special hollowed-out log is on the fire.
We call it a "chimney-fire":

Interesting photos Sea, looks like a lot of fun being had on those camping
islands. I've never seen a hollowed out log chimney fire before - what a
good idea :D

Nope. Yesterday was the most conjested I've seen the M25 since the
QE2 bridge was opened in 1991.

yesterday or we would have had to stay inside the castle.

Having arrived so late we didn't spend much time in the castle. On
arrival the road-train made a special trip to the cafe loaded with old
fogies. There wasn't much time left after we'd eaten and looked
around the aviary and gardens. Another trip called for methinks.

Hazy here at present - but the sun was shining brightly this morning and
is still up there - just having a rest.

ponds up at 21.1°C (70°F) and humidity 50%. Very slight breeze so it feels
really hot in direct sunlight. Will have to didge those nasty UV rays
today. :)
