Enjoy the hols then.
We were on holiday at Hayling Island in a residential caravan site - each
caravan had it's own litte garden eclosure and anoutside loo. That was in
July 1971. I remember the date since Mark had hisfirst birthday and learned
to walk the same week. He took his first steps waliking down the centre of
the caravan, staying upright by bouncing of the sides. Next day he
walked all over the shingle beech. It didn't matter whiicch direction we
pointed him in to start he ended up going straight down the beach to the
water each and every time.
