Just went out to let Gizmo in, and when I turned back towards the house
they were climbing up the front bay and smiling at me. Didn't notice them
at all yesterday.

They seem to almost radiate their own light they're so bright, but then we
have a high pressure sodium street lamp opposite the front garden

Yep. I reckon there'll be a few more before the smmer is out. Last year I
managed to train a fair number up some canes. Got to a height of about 5'.
Trouble is, the flowers didn't open up 'til about 01-00 hours.
