Marg, try Sending it (or whatever was in it) again, using a normal
eMail Client, such as OutLook Express?

IncrediMail is notorious for Bulking up & Puffing up eMails, full
of extra, superfluous, added, un-necessary, un-needed, (get the
picture?) stuff, which various mail Systems (& sometimes people's
own eMail Clients & Filters) will Reject/Block/Delete

Is there any particular reason why you chose to Install IncrediMail
& use it for Sending eMails to people?

That's normally thought of as a very bad move - whatever it was that
you were Sending can be done more efficiently (& with less chance of
getting Blocked) by using a normal eMail Client.
