We've had police car sirens going off every 10 minutes or so since early
afternoon. Sounds like car chases all over the area, and that after*this*
happened earlier today.

Oh that is a tragedy, FN

I don't like the spin they tend to put on the report though. I first read
it as the car was being chased by police at the time, but that wasn't so -
they had followed him earlier due to his erratic driving. Same thing
happened here a few months ago as well.

Unfortunately it happens everywhere, FN :(

But that doesn't make it right, does it? :(

Of course it does not - but how does anyone stop it - the law cannot !

It could if they didn't let the little b*****ds out on bail or with an
official warning so that they're nicking cars again the same day they catch

It's worse than that, some are allowed to go abroad on holiday.
OK technically he hasn't been tried so is *presumed* innocent, but the fact
that he was tagged surely meant something.

That is awful FN, there was a case in Hastings recently when some youngsters
died, people said they were being chased by a police car
I think the driver was only 14 yrs. of age.

Well her shouldn't have been behind the wheel on public roads should he. So
who's fault is it, certainly not the police or those who were trying to
prevent him breaking the law?

Thats what I think FN but the familes are blaming the police, I think there
were about five or more youngsters in this car not sure home many were
killed, case still going on I believe.
