Faolan...
To tranquillity:

BunnyHare...
Think I recognise that :-))
Never seen it in black and white before, though

Some of you will probably recognise the place... It's to form part of
the 'project' ;)

Comments/Critiques welcome.

Foxy at w*rk...
Gosh I think the picture is technically very good, well excellent in my
opinion.

Rabbit...
Nice piccy *but* ( sorry but you did ask :-) ) the black and white doesn't,
to me, lend itself to *tranquillity*. In colour the loch is tranquil, in B&W
IMHO it looks ominous unlike the real thing which is alive with vibrant
colours.

Flyiñg Ñuñ 2°°6 +...
Superb CS

Bill P...
Wow that took me a while to focus in and see what it was.

Faolan...
Is that a good or bad thing? I don't want to be a source of any
opticians profits ;)

Chris S...
I love the photo - faar ist??

Chris S

Smokey...
I recognised it straight away , it is a nice photo, but I too prefer the
colour. what sort of project are you doing Faolan ??

Faolan...
You will find out ;o), should finish it soon once I get a couple of more
shots. Probably get some this weekend at the Clydesdale horse show
and/or Archeolink Invasion weekend.

Smokey...
Here Chris ,nae far awa atta loon:-)

Chris S...
Thanks, Smokey - I lived in Kingston (on Spey not Jamaica) for a couple of
years but never visited Millbuies - I'll need to sort that :-)

Chris S

Smokey...
You must, it's a beautiful tranquil place, much loved by our Bagpuss in the
early hours

MCC...
Don't like that one at all - looks contrived and clichéd.

Tickettyboo...
Well,I recognised it. :-)

It looked a lot different at 5.30 am this morning as the sunrise was
flooding the sky with pretty colours.

BunnyHare...
That's the way I remember it too

biffo...
Sorry Faolan, but I remember that loch alive with vibrant colour.
But that is just me and my memories;-))

Tyke...
An absolutely superb picture!!

I suppose it will depend upon what context it is shown - at first it does
take a minute to get your head around the shot..
Nearly an optical illusion.

A pic that makes you think a bit and draws you into it.

If you give it a few moments though it does give me quite a sense of calm
and tranquility - the water is so still.

I do very much like it in black and white.

Good luck with the project.

I owe you a mail :-)

jackie...
It took me a little while to focus on the picture but then it became clear
that it is a reflection in the water, I really liked that Faolan.
