Broadband UK needs 'more speed'

foremost, is stability and reliability.

Indeed. And I have that with Pipex. But at £24.99 a month. I'd like to
reduce my costs, but when I read here and elsewhere of peoples ISP
problems.............?

and reliability. 128 k down and 360 k up - always like that, but he isn't
very happy. :(
