I remember a while ago Jerry Atrick mentioned that he wanted to
put some Pics up on the Web, so people can see them?

If he Posts in here & asks, I'm sure there are people would be
only to happy to Help him suss out how to do it - there are lots
of different ways (of Posting & showing Pics on the Web) depending
on what he wants to do (& none of them need cost any money at all,
though you *can* pay for that sort of thing, if you want to.
