Hello old matey...Nice to talk...Russell...Yesterday (Wednesday) was so hot
here in Sydney..Wednesday is the day I deliver some 2850 local Newspapers in
the area...I worked from around 6:30 am until around 5 pm yesterday in
temperatures just touching 40oC...I walk some of those papers at the
Shopping Centre(indoors) before they open to the general public...then come
home and have some 'brekkie' then out again all day driving around rolling
and throwing papers..I can only use the Air Conditioner with the motor
running (and costing fuel) whilst 'rolling' the papers..I can't use the A/C
with the Windows open..

I devoured 4 X 750ml of fresh water Plus I dropped in at home a few times
to refresh myself with an 'Athletes' boost drink..and Orange Juice watered
down 50% with Soda water..Funny thing...I did not need to 'relieve' the
bladder very much..as the perspiration was pouring out of me....Heck...The
things that one does for that 'filthy Lucre' (Money for those that have not
heard it named as such ..)

Getting far too old for it...Russell..

The price of 'Olive Oil' is so high now...I wonder why it has taken such a
leap in price over these last few months for ?... Any answer to that
question ?..What I used to pay for 3 litres and cost between $19-28 on
specials at $19...Now it costs me over $50 + for the same product !

I have my little Granddaughter keep coming in to me whilst I have been
typing..She has been running her fingers through my hair
saying...Granddaddy..Your hair is all messy LOL..She will be 3 year old on
23rd December..

Again..I succumbed to buying a pack of 4 of these baby birds...I suppose
they may be a little larger than some others as they usually packed 6 (or
so) to a tray....The weight of the 4 is supposed to be 500g, that's about 1
lb 1 1/2 ozs (USA)....I have heard it said they are very nice and have a lot
of eating on the breasts...They don't appear big breasted ..to me though
!....

Can anyone suggest some more simple ways to cook them ....that I can
'appreciate them ..They seem pretty boney to me !..

When I have bought them in the past..I did not get to cook them and put
them in the freezer, but I think they have been there a little too
long..These are still fresh
