OMG

Been invaded by a cloud of thunderbugs.. those infinitesimal black
beasties that itch like mad... Had to close the patio door.. now the
comp will overheat again no doubt..

Oh don't... I'm itching now just thinking about them. We had a 'plague' of
those last week when it was hot and humid. They get everywhere... ugh, even
places I'd not like to think about!

Actually I think they are attracted by colour. my computer room is a
fairly deep magnolia colour and they probably think it's a ripening crop
of (generic) corn

I believe they are part of the thrip family.. only about 1mm long, but
boy do they itch
