Coach holidays in the UK

I wonder if anyone can tell me if they have holidayed with Wallace
Arnold/Shearings and was everything ok and up to standard?

I did a wonderful holiday with WA to the Orkney Islands, oneof the best I
have ever had :-))
The people on the trip were ever so friendly

one year. Did a gorgeous eight-day of Scotland, stayed in Ullapool as main
place, and two other shorter overnights elsewhere. Covered miles. Beautiful.
The only grumble I had was that one day excursion meant we had to have
finished Brekfst and out the doors for a 7.30 start and many people cant do
that, especially infirm or elderly. The hotels were good. Food likewise.
The second tour we went on that year was a five-day to Llandrodd Wells.
Unfortunately the lift jammed as we were midway between two floors... so we
*had* to delay the start of that day's excursion. !!! Coming home that
day was a bit of a *pain* as we had to change for home-coach at South Mimms,
and it's a lengthy, queue-ridden (if you want to use the Conveniences) job
as that is the main place and the row upon row of coaches rather made me
nervous. All in all, were we fitter now I think OH and I would do it again.
By the way, have you just received brochures from W.A./S. ?????
